The Process
1. SURFACE PREPARATION
We meticulously prepare the entire surface to guarantee a flawless finish. Cracks and imperfections are expertly filled, and the floor is diamond-ground to create a smooth, even surface for optimal adhesion.
2. BASE COAT IS APPLIED
Next, we apply an industrial-grade, pigmented wicking primer epoxy base coat over the prepared surface. This moisture-resistant base coat penetrates deep into the surface, helping to mitigate static water pressure and ensuring a long-lasting, durable bond.
3. DECORATIVE LAYER
We fully apply decorative chips into the wet base coat for even coverage. After drying, excess chips are removed, and the surface is scraped to smooth out any rough edges, preparing it for the final top coat.
4. POLYASPARTIC CLEAR COAT
The last step is applying a highly durable, chemical-resistant, and UV-stable industrial-grade top coat. This protective layer prevents discoloration, ensuring your floors stay flawless for many years to come.
